Another year, another grade, but same fantastic English teacher. So without further ado, I present another blog for another class for the same reason.
This time around, our class is doing a novel study on banned, was banned or banned in some place in the world, book. My pick was A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L'Engle, which is about a girl named Megan, her brother and friend setting out on a journey to find Megan's dad who had mysteriously disappeared when he was testing out time traveling. Our job is to read through these banned books and figure out the reasons why it got banned.
